Playoff Pool Rules
Object
Total points over the course of the 11 Playoff games.
Wildcard and Divisional weekends- Pick 4 teams to cover the spread.
Conference Weekend- Pick 2 teams to cover the spread and the over/under in both games.
Superbowl - Pick the team to cover the spread, the over/under at the half and to cover the spread, the over/under final score.
Push is not considered covering the spread. On a push the Underdog gets the win.
If the schedules are as last year lock down will be 11am on the Saturday of each week. Lockdown will be posted on the main page each week
Points will be awarded as follows: THE SCORING FOR EACH WEEK MAY CHANGE
Wildcard Games- 5 points for each correct pick
Divisional Games- 5 points for each correct pick
Conference Games- 10 points for each correct pick
SuperBowl- 10 points for each correct pick
Spreads
Spreads will be displayed on this WEB page under Weekly schedule, all weeks will be under the Playoffs link. Thursday’s Toronto Sun Roxy Line current will be used as a guide but the spreads listed on this web page will be FINAL.
Cost And Prize Money
$20 one time entry fee. Entire pot gets split among winners. Eg 40 players $800 prize
1st 50% of total or $400
2nd 30 % of total or $240
3rd 20% of total or $160
The winners are determined by total points for all 4 playoff weeks up to and including the Superbowl
If there is a tie the money is split from the top down.
